The featured speaker was Donelle Hintermeister, a professional trainer with experience in manufacturing, health care, schools, retail, service, non-for-profits, and government. She is the owner of Signature Training Solutions.

With degrees in mass communication and health, and practical experience as an employee and director, Donelle has worked with companies to help them succeed in this ever-changing business climate.
