9:30	Keynote by Donnell Hintermeister (this will be a facilitated discussion with activities)
12:00	Lunch -- with a performance by the Baraboo Bookers Book Cart Drill Team
1:00	Facilitated discussion of the Library Responsibilities project -- The library members of the Technology Planning Committee have been working hard on a document related to "Library Responsibilities." Since this document and planning process ties in with our theme of customer service, we would like to use this time to discuss and get buy-in for the work the committee has done.
2:30	Library & System Staff joint presentations with small-group discussions (more information to be announced)
3:30	Wrap-up
3:45	Adjuorn
