2007 Annual Survey

The 2007 South Central Library System Annual Meeting is just around the corner, and the first step in the planning process is this online survey. By responding to the questions below, SCLS staff will be better able to address your questions, comments, and issues to the entire group assembled. Responses to these questions also may help shape the meeting agenda. Please complete the survey by April ?, 2007.

We ask that each of our member libraries and branches submit one completed survey (one per building).

Thanks for your input, and we look forward to seeing you on May 11 at Devil's Lake State Park near Baraboo!
