Commercial Tenant Advisors

Commercial Tenant Advisors was instrumental in helping South Central Library System manage its upcoming office move. They handled everything from finding locations that would fit our unique needs, to managing the RFP process for our tenancy, to negotiating our pricing and lease.

According to Stef Morrill, Assistant Director, “Their knowledge of the in-and-outs of the real estate business created opportunities for us that we would not have found on our own. I'm certain that we got a more competitive price for our new space than if we had done our own negotiations.

In addition to the assistance CTA provided with our facility, the company has also donated $10,000 to the SCLS Foundation to support programs for youth. We'll be using these funds in 2010 for Summer Library Program performers in an effort to offset local library budget cuts.
