There are many library blogs created and maintained by individuals and groups that may include insights, editorials, prognostication, news items and other interesting stuff.  Some of the more well-established are The Shifted Librarian, librarian.net, It's All Good, Information Wants To Be Free and Free-Range Librarian. You'll find dozens more in your reading and in other library blogrolls.

Library wikis

Library Success: a best practices wiki.
LISWiki: a "free encyclopedia" on library-related topics.
Blogging Libraries Wiki: a wiki collecting links to weblogs by public, academic, school, and special libraries.
