Recorded Program Request Form

These recorded programs are available only to public libraries and multi-type members in the South Central Library System. A library staff member or trustee may request tapes, DVDs, or CD-ROMs for professional development, or a library/group of libraries may request for in-service training of library staff.

The loan period is two weeks. Please return tapes/DVDs/CD-ROMs in the same envelopes in which they arrive. Printed materials sent with the recordings do not need to be returned.

Library directors working on recertification hours may count the hours under Self-Directed Learning (Category C). Refer to the revised Certification Manual for Wisconsin Public Librarians manual for complete details.
