CALL TO ORDER: J. Berg called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.

a. Introduction of guests/visitors: Cindy Fesemyer, Director at Columbus Public Library was introduced.

b. Changes/additions to the agenda: None

c. Requests to address the Council: None

Action Items:

Approval of the ILS and Technology Services Agreement: J. Chase moved approval of the Agreement to Participate in Shared Integrated Library System (ILS) and Technology Services (TS) document as presented. P. Bosben seconded. Discussion ensued.

J. Berg moved to amend contract item #19 from: “SCLS, in consultation with the Administrative Council, shall review this agreement from time to time” to annually. S. Schultz seconded. Amendment carried. Motion carried with one abstention.

Approval of the Technology Only Agreement: J. Berg moved approval of the Agreement to Receive Technology Services from South Central Library System document as presented. P. Bosben seconded. Discussion ensued. J. Chase moved to amend contract item #11 from: “SCLS, in consultation with the Administrative Council, shall review this agreement from time to time” to annually. T. Herold seconded. Amendment carried. Motion carried with one abstention
