Delivery Committee Agenda

  4. Update: Material Handling Work Group

  5. Discussion Items:
    1. Note: 2012 committee meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of odd numbered months at 1:00 p.m. These dates are: 3/13, 5/8, 7/10, 9/11, and 11/13.
    2. Review committee charges
    3. Potential future delivery service options: the committee will review delivery volume and delivery frequency to SCLS libraries information. The committee has two goals for this subject.
      1. The first is developing any recommendations for delivery service changes in 2013 to aid in the creation of the 2013 SCLS Delivery budget and 2013 member delivery fees. Action will be taken on making any recommendations for 2013 at the May 8th Delivery Committee meeting.
      2. The second is to develop a long term plan of action for determining future delivery service levels based upon future volume changes. The committee will take action to finalize any recommendations and/or action plans to forward to the Administrative Council by their last scheduled meeting of 2012, November 13th, at the latest.

  6. Next meeting: March 13, 2012 at SCA at 1:00.
