  4. Discussion items:
    1. The first All Directors meeting of 2013 will be held on March 21st. This meeting is for SCLS to provide directors with the state of the system services, including what’s being currently provided, budgetary info, challenges and opportunities. This information is being provided to directors to help them think of service options and directions they would like SCLS to present to them as possibilities (including estimated costs) for 2014 at the May All Directors meeting. Delivery staff is interested in hearing what info the delivery committee thinks would be helpful for us to present to the directors in March.

  5. Next meeting: April 9, 2013 at SCA at 10:00.
