Job Shadowing

Cheryl Becker discussed the revised job shadowing guidelines.  She is still looking for libraries willing to participate.  We currently have five libraries a form is available online to volunteer your library for this project.  A discussion followed on directly contacting the different libraries to spread the word about this program.  A larger library can choose individual departments within to participate in the program.

MALC Activities

Shawn Brommer asked if anyone had any suggestions for other activities.  Past activities the committee is involved with is 1st Thursdays, pizza party and walking tours.  Committee members suggested doing a survey to see what the MALC community would like to see done.  A sub committee was established to come up with questions for the survey.  The committee includes Cheryl Becker, Jean Anderson, Shawn Brommer, Michael Enyart and Virginia Bryan.
