SCLS Marketing & Public Relations Advisory Committee
10 a.m. September 14, 2007
SCLS Administration, Conference Room C

Present: Debbie Bird, Sun Prairie Public Library; Jennifer Endres, Prairie du Sac (OPAL); Tana Elias, MPL; Mark Ibach, SCLS. Also joining us was Jean Anderson, SCLS.

1. Approve Minutes from 3/7/07 meeting -- Committee members approved the minutes of the March 7, 2007, meeting without change.
   
   
2. Review and discuss the sample items created for the remaining 5 subject areas (Business, Consumers, Education, Genealogy, and Welllness), and give final approval -- Members reviewed the two-sided fliers created for the remaining five categories and made suggestions for minor wording changes.
   
   
3. In preparation for the development of accompanying web pages, committees members decided that we needed to answer each of the questions posed in the print fliers by indicating which databases best answer the questions. Tana Elias volunteered to take on this assignment in all areas except genealogy. Mark said SCLC would have drafts of the web pages ready for the Dec. 14, 2007 meeting.
