- Approved minutes from May 19, 2009, meeting without change.
- What do we want the initial website to include?—We held a brief discussion on this topic and determined that the initial site should include a link to the story submission form, some library stories, and an explanation of what we’re doing and why. There was also a desire to give people the option to request more information about adding their name to the “Speak Up for Your Library” advocacy list.
- Assignments for next meeting?—Trish Priewe volunteered to work on draft promotional materials for review by the committee.
- Establish Future meeting dates (everyone have their calendar handy)—We selected Aug. 25 as a meeting date.
