Transitioning to a Non-SCLS Email Address
Things to Know
- New mail to discontinued SCLS addresses cannot be forwarded to non-SCLS addresses.
- Once you have transitioned to your new email address and no longer plan to check your SCLS email, please use the E-mail Account Deletion form to inform us that you wish to delete your SCLS account.
Notify SCLS Contacts
- If your library is a LINK library, fill out the LINK Library Contacts Form (login required).
- Check your library's listing in the Detailed Directory of Public Libraries (login required) and contact Heidi Moe if changes are needed.
- If the change affects delivery contacts (including cancellation notice recipients) at your library, please e-mail SCLS Delivery.
- Request updated business cards, letterhead, etc. from Deb Haeffner.
Manage E-mail List Subscriptions
- Check which SCLS e-mail lists you are subscribed to with the discontinued address and subscribe your new address to these lists. You may miss important announcements if you do not subscribe to scls-announce (and link-announce, if applicable) with your new e-mail address.
