Before 8:00	Should NOT call. Library Online maintenance happens in the morning before 8:00.	Call Library Online support: (phone number has been sent to you).
8:00-5:00	Call Kerri: 608-246-7971 Call Dan on his cell: 608-577-0788 Call Dan at his office: 608-246-4601 Call Stef: 608-245-5799 Call the SCLS Administration office (608-246-7970) and let them know that Library Online is down. They will track down Kerri, Dan or Stef or call Library Online support.
After 5:00	Call Library Online support (phone number has been sent to you).

Any non-emergency Library Online calls should be sent to Kerri.
