SCLS offers a tool called Drupal to meet the website needs of member libraries. Drupal is the successor to Contribute and Typepad. Libraries "migrating" their sites to Drupal take the following steps:

  1. Complete the survey to communicate preferences and logistical information.
  2. Attend one of the training sessions scheduled from February-April 2014.
  3. Transfer text, images, and files to a draft version of the new site using Drupal (and/or create new content as needed).
  4. Provide feedback and guidance for SCLS staff to complete the new site's design and features.
  5. After the draft site replaces the old site, post updates to the library's website using Drupal.
