Action Items: 

Approved voting shares for July All Directors fees votes for Delivery, Technology Services (Infrastructure, Network Services, PC Support, ILS services and GetIt), Overdrive, Advantage, and OverDrive magazines.

Approved the Resource Library Statutory Resources Services Agreement
Approved the Resource Library Supplemental Services Agreement

Call to Order:  T. Herold called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Approval of previous meeting minutes: 4/20/2023 AC Minutes, 5/18/2023 AD Minutes

a. Motion:  L. Oathout moved approval of the 4/20/2023 AC Minutes and 5/18/2023 AD Minutes.  M. Navarre Saaf seconded.

b. Changes or Corrections:  None
c. Vote:  Motion carried.

i. Motion:  R. Staveness moved approval of all the voting shares for July All Directors fees votes.  J. Gretzinger seconded.
ii. Discussion:  None

b. Approval of Agreements

i. Resource Library Statutory Resources Services Agreement (no changes)

ii. Resource Library Supplemental Services Agreement  (no changes)

i. Motion:  J. Gretzinger moved approval of the Resource Library Statutory Resources Services Agreement and the Supplemental Services Agreement.   M. Navarre Saaf seconded.
ii. Discussion:  None
iii. Vote:  Motion carried.

Reports of action of committees/workgroups

a. Delivery Committee- Met 6/8/2023.  You may view the action items and details in the minutes of the last meeting online.

e. Library Innovation Subcommittee:   Met 6/13/23.  You may view the action items and details in the minutes of the last meeting online.  

f. Building Update:  M. Van Pelt noted we are pretty much moved into the new building.  The Moving Committee did a great job organizing the move.  Much of the staff are working remotely until the construction is finished.  Eight offices are being built and the cubicle room is put together.  The delivery portion of the building is moving along – footings have been poured and the steel framing will be installed in the next week.  If anyone would like to view the changes in the building, you may go to the new building website to view photos.

Next meeting: All Directors Meeting – July 20, 2023 at Pinney Library.  There will an Intellectual Freedom presentation in the afternoon.
