a. Review and consider for recommendation SCLS 2023 Mid-Year Budget and Notes

i. Motion by N. Foth to recommend approval of the 2023 Mid-year Budget with notes to the full Board of Trustees at the 6/7/2023 meeting

ii. Second by J. Honl

iii. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

b. SCLS 2024 Annual Budget – wage grid and preliminary review

i. K. Goeden conducted a preliminary review of the upcoming 2024 budget and wage grid proposals.  No action taken.
