10:02:  Approval of previous meeting minutes:  July 9, 2020

10:05:  Discussion: 

·       Review and discuss the builder site visits

·       Review our evaluation criteria and ratings from the evaluation matrix for the remaining 4 builders

·       Based on evaluation criteria, references and site visits, can we select our builder? Or do we need more time and/or information?

·       Discuss the impact of COVID-19 on our future building design

 

11:45:  Homework for Next Meeting: 

·       Revisit timeline and adjust if needed

·       Notify any builders of elimination?

·       Notify a builder of selection?

 

Timeline:

Feb – April evaluation of RFIs & information from original presentations.

May - The Evaluation Matrix and ratings will be discussed at the May BNAW meeting.  The workgroup will narrow the field to 3 vendors by the end of the May meeting.

June – Kristi and Nan will bring vendor reference questions to meeting.  After review by work group, they will begin making reference calls to vendor finalists.

Site visits will begin.

July Site visits

August Decide on vendor
