10:00:  Call to Order

 

10:02:  Approval of previous meeting minutes:  August 6, 2020

 

10:05: Reports: 

·         Builder selection and elimination update – Kerrie

·         Board of Commission of Public Land State Trust Fund Loan update – Kerrie

·         Builder contract update - Kerrie

 

10:30:  Discussion: 

·         Create a list of questions to ask the builder at our October meeting

·         Create new timeline for the fall, including plan to re-evaluate building design due to COVID-19.

 

11:45:  Homework for Next Meeting: 

·         Invite builder to October meeting?

·         Create surveys or schedule meetings to discuss and evaluate future building design?

 

Timeline:

Feb – April evaluation of RFIs & information from original presentations.

May - The Evaluation Matrix and ratings will be discussed at the May BNAW meeting.  The workgroup will narrow the field to 3 vendors by the end of the May meeting.

June – Kristi and Nan will bring vendor reference questions to meeting.  After review by work group, they will begin making reference calls to vendor finalists.

Site visits will begin.

August Decide on vendor
