a. Updates from previous meeting

i. LINKcat tutorials

1. Discussion: A. Gannaway is focusing on the Mobile App and Rio migration right now.  She will get back to updating LINKcat tutorial as soon as possible.

ii. Name changes on Don’t Miss Lists

1. Discussion: The name changes on the Don’t Miss Lists should be completed for April.

iii. Rearrange blue bar

iv. Patrons are confused about My Dashboard, how to find it and how to navigate it

1. Discussion: T. Maes, R. Ziech, E. Norton, and E. Cobb communicated via email about some changes to the left sidebar of LINKcat Help, which R. Ziech completed.  A. Gannaway has started to put together the Help page for My Dashboard.  My Account was changed to My Dashboard in sandbox.  A. Gannaway displayed the changes made in the sandbox.  Login to place holds and Manage your account.  Do we want to change this text?  The group did not want to change this. Can we change My Library Dashboard to My Dashboard in the breadcrumbs?  Library is redundant and consistency is key.  R. Ziech will look into this.  We should capitalize Dashboard in the blue popup and change Library Dashboard to My Dashboard.  The button at top should say: My Dashboard/log in.  We will make these changes in sandbox and ask subcommittee members to review them. Once the changes are in production, A. Gannaway will finish the My Dashboard help page.  

b. Mobile app implementation update

i. Discussion: Solus sent A. Gannaway the test mobile app and SCLS staff have been testing.  There were a number of problems with it (bugs with display issues, etc.) and they have already fixed some but more fixes are still needed.  We could go ahead with rolling out at the end of April if they are able to fix all the important bugs (item levels holds, sorting, etc.) by the end of March. Subcommittee members can do some testing if you’re interested, just let A. Gannaway know and she will send you instructions.  The library templates for customization will come after the app has been announced.  This is the first time Solus has done an app with Bibliovation and used their API.  Linked accounts are not working properly.        

c. Other Bibliovation questions and/or discussion

i. Discussion: S. Baker asked if other libraries have been dealing with patrons using the shopping cart to place holds.  Other libraries have had to do a lot of patron education.
