a.      None

4.      Discussion

a.      Review information gathered

                                                              i.      A survey went out to Wisconsin library systems and the results were discussed in Zoom breakout groups

ii.      Packaging Discussion: The group discussed options and potential vendors that would help solve packaging needs.

iii.      Two questions for libraries: Do libraries want to begin packaging multi-part TV series together?  Are libraries willing to consider retroactive conversions?  This would be phased in slowly.  We don’t want to force libraries to do this.  MNT said they would say yes if there was a 14 day loan period.  Green County would be on board.  The directors will vote in May.

iv.      Retrospective project: This should be a secondary discussion.  Libraries will not be required to do retroactive packaging if they are unable.  They will be asked to commit more to being open to the idea.

                                                             v.      Format of presentation: We will have an hour at the All Directors meeting to cover this topic and we want to allow for questions.  We will present each topic and then allow for a short time for questions after each.  The Steering Committee will formalize this at the Tuesday meeting.

5.      Plan for Next meetings:

a.      3/1/2022 – Steering Committee meeting to work on presentation

b.      3/2/2021 – Run through March 17 All Directors presentation

6.      Adjournment at 11:51 am
