1. Call to Order 10:35 am by J. Honl.  No changes to the agenda.

2. Discussion/Possible action Items:

a. New and previous committee members introduced themselves

b. The number of submitted applications noted. Posting continues to 11/8/2023. J. Honl, K. Goeden and H. Moe will review applications for required qualifications on 11/9/2023.

c. SCLS member and staff surveys sent out. Return deadline is 10/31/2023.

d. Discussion of procedure, question formulation.  Ratings matrix, virtual interview team composition and possible schedule dates for Virtual Interviews.

e. Tentative timeline suggested.
10/31 Member/Staff Survey closes.
11/3 Results of survey to Committee.

11/8 Application period closes.

11/9 3 person panel does qualification check.

11/10 Qualified applicants’ documents sent to committee members.

11/17 Virtual interview questions to J.Honl.

11/27 Recruitment/Selection Committee meets (hybrid).

f. Preliminary discussion of Final Interview procedures and possible dates.

g. Reiteration of imperative to provide confidentiality to applicants.
