I. Call to Order at 10:15 by Joan Honl

A. Introduction of guests/visitors – None

B. Changes/Additions to the Agenda – None

C. Public Comments – None

II. Actions Items

A. Determine members of search committee

1. All present members of the Personal Committee agreed to remain on the search committee.

2. Additional members from system libraries will be added.

3. Possible members were discussed with decisions made at future meeting.

B. Approve system director job description and job posting

1. Motion by M. Nelson to approve the System Director Position Description 10/2023 Revision and the job posting with approval of the revised position description for full Board of Trustees at the 10/26/2023 meeting.

2          Second by N. Foth

3.         Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

C. Select locations to post job opening

1. Motion by N. Foth to approve job posting in the following job sites: ALA, WLA, Wisconsin System Directors, and scls-announce.

2. Second by M. Nelson

3. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.

D. Next Meeting scheduled for October 11, 2023 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
