Call to Order:  V. Teal Lovely called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.

Approval of previous meeting minutes: 10/4/2023

a. Motion:   J. Holmes moved approval of the 10/4/2023 minutes.  J. Bailey seconded.  L. Schmiedicke was not present at the October meeting.

b. Discussion: None

c. Vote: Motion carried.

Action Items:

a. Approve 2024 Technology Plan

  i. Motion: L. Schmiedicke moved approval of the 2024 Technology Plan.  S. Kucher seconded.
  ii. Discussion: None
  iii. Vote:  Motion approved

b. Approve 2024 Meeting Calendar            

  i. Motion:  B. Anderson moved approval of the 2024 Meeting Calendar.  C. Wong seconded. 

  ii. Discussion:  None
  iii.  Vote:  Motion approved.

Requests for New service:  P. Garvey submitted a ticket to the help desk and inquired whether there is an easier way to inform patrons how to log out of MyPC. 

Discussion: 

a. Change April meeting date to April 10^th at 1 p.m. (April 3^rd conflicts with PLA). 
L. Schmiedicke moved approval to change the TC meeting date from April 3^rd to April 10^th.due to conflicts with PLA.  S. Kucher seconded.  Motion carried.
