The work group, consisting of member directors or designees representing large, medium, and small libraries from different geographic areas of our system will meet 4-5 times in 2022 to evaluate and prepare a recommended fee structure by March 1, 2022. They will offer input, make recommendations, and craft a vision for a balanced fee structure that is stable and sustainable for the delivery services rendered going forward. The recommendation will be brought before the March 17, 2022 All Directors meeting and if needed, it will be brought back to the May 19, 2022 All Directors meeting. It would then move on to the Administrative Council and the SCLS Board of Trustees for approval.
